Daily Report
by Lt. L.P. Arnold "Chicago" Mechanic
The Aleutians have but two kinds of weather it seems -- bad and worse, and today's was of the latter variety. A heavy wet driving snow most of the day, so that outside of a trip to check the pontoons we spent the day indoors.
Tonight we all went aboard the Haida for dinner. Having the cutter along with us is certainly a great aid to us in many ways, and all of the boys aboard are a most likable crowd.
